Create a program that allowed mobile workers to track their personal performance metrics. Leverage gamification to keep workers engaged. Leverage mobile phones for ease of distribution.

Action
Launched a mobile app that scored mobile workers on set of performance metrics around safety, efficiency, and productivity. Used leaderboards to keep users engaged.
Results
Results
Telogis Coach became the fastest product to reach $1M in revenue in company history. It was easily the most popular product across all product lines because customers could instantly relate to scoreboards.
