Consumers expect more from companies they choose to do business with. They want up-to-date driver information like estimated time of arrival. They want to rate their service and write reviews about their experience. Brands are investing heavily in the area of customer experience. Heavy market pressures from Amazon and Uber are driving the market for the “connected customer." At the same time, there is low competition in the marketplace and we can leverage our existing telematics services to bring these features to market.
Create a turnkey, “Uber-like" experience for enterprise brands in the field service and delivery space. Allow brands to integrate this solution into their current CRM systems. This product should be able to scale for thousands of enterprise customers and handle millions of consumer grade transactions.
To validate product market fit, we partnered with Glympse, the leading ETA service provider in the commercial space. This partnership helped us get to beta quickly and learn from our customers before launching to the broader market. We learned about what features held the most value and how much customers were willing to pay for this type of service.
We successfully launched a branded ETA solution with two high profile customers; Waste Management and TruGreen. This new product category became one of our biggest points of differentiation which set us apart from the competition and helped increased our average revenue per unit by almost $10.
